Advisory Calls ($200/hr)

• Rescheduling with 2+ business days notice: free, unlimited
• Cancellation with 2+ business days notice: full refund
• Cancellation with less than 2 business days notice: non-refundable
• No-show: non-refundable
• If the Consultant cancels or is unable to attend: full refund or reschedule at your preference

Sprint Engagements ($2,500/wk)

• Sprint engagements are non-refundable
• All sprints begin with a scoping call that produces a written scope and contract before any payment is collected
• Disputes: contact within 7 days of sprint completion

How Refunds Work

All refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
